| Geotechnical testing is an integral part of site investigation. The results of such testing provide a valuable insight into the nature of the subsurface and therefore aid the design process; predication of any problems that may be detrimental to the development of the site and allow better characterisation of any migration pathways of any contamination found present at the site. Geotechnical testing is site specific and will depend on the type of development, the site history and conditions found present during the initial intrusive site investigation. We have the ability to specify the necessary and appropriate geotechnical testing for your site to be carried out at a UKAS accredited laboratory. We can also arrange on site testing where necessary and specialised testing for problematic or sensitive sites. |
